RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
The charge and payment of accommodation and services are conducted in euro.
For the completion of your reservation, 50% deposit of the total amount is needed
Normal rate (normal charge)
For cancellations up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be returned minus bank commissions.
For cancellations or modifications earlier than 21 days before date of arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
Departure prior to the scheduled date results in 50% charge of the remaining stay.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Special rate (non refundable charge)
The whole amount will be charged on booking day and it is not refundable!
In case of change, cancellation, no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
EXTRA BEDS (CHILDEN / ADULTS)
One child up to 2 years old stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 17 years old is charged 10 EUROS per night for an extra bed.
An adult is charged 10 EUROS per night for an extra bed.
Check-in 15:00 Check-out 11:00
Should you stay beyond check-out time and until 18:00, you will have to pay 50% of the rent of the day, while should you stay beyond 18:00, you will have to pay full rent for that day.
